"Samuel Adams once said, “If ever a time should come, when vain and aspiring men shall possess the highest seats in government, our country will stand in need of its experienced patriots to prevent its ruin.”  My name is Jessica Neal, and I am a Republican candidate running for State Senate in District 24 because I believe we need authentic, principled, and conservative leadership in Frankfort.

Running for State Senate is a task I do not take lightly. The time for seat-filling politicians, anointed by the power brokers, is over.  Our God-given freedoms are at stake and the liberties we cherish are being stolen.  Over the past 2 years, we have witnessed “15 days to slow the spread” turn into perpetual mandates with no clear end in sight.  Politicians and unelected bureaucrats have amassed an unprecedented amount of power, and our very way of life is being threatened.

Employees are losing their jobs over their objection to taking government- and employer-mandated injections.  Parents are being punished and harassed for speaking out about their children’s education.  Censorship is enforced when anyone dares question the mainstream narrative.  The time is now for ordinary citizens to stand up and be heard.

I am running for State Senate in District 24 to be your voice for Liberty in Frankfort.  As your next State Senator, I will work tirelessly to secure our elections, defend medical freedom, and advance conservative values, such as life at conception and school choice.

Election Integrity is, in my opinion, one of the most important issues facing our country and the Commonwealth.  We will never be a free nation if we do not have secure elections.  This is why I will fight for authentic election integrity in Frankfort.  I am an active member of the Campbell County Republican Party, where I have served on the Election Integrity committee since its formation last fall.  We must fix the broken election system, eliminate fraud, and ensure the sanctity of each legal vote.

The right to medical freedom is another crucial issue we are facing.  After HB 28 was killed in committee (by “Republicans,” no less) when it reached the Senate, it is more important than ever that we continue working to provide protections for employees to decide what is best for their personal medical care.  No one should be forced to undergo a medical procedure as a condition of employment.  Additionally, we must work to eliminate all Covid mandates, including mask mandates, especially in our schools.

Throughout the Covid pandemic, I have actively demonstrated my commitment to championing medical freedom by participating in peaceful rallies to support our local healthcare workers and by contacting state and federal legislators to express my concerns about mandates.  I was appalled at the amount of government overreach that took place, especially when churches were shut down and certain businesses were deemed essential or non-essential.  The government does not have authority over the Church (it is the other way around) and it has no place selecting the businesses that should be allowed to remain open, even during a State of Emergency.

Advancing conservative values is another passion of mine.  I am a 100% Pro-Life candidate, and am honored to have the endorsement of both the Kentucky Right to Life and the Northern Kentucky Right to Life.  Additionally, I am 100% Pro-Second Amendment.  I am a member of both the National Rifle Association (NRA) and the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA), and am rated AQ by the NRA, the highest possible rating for a non-incumbent candidate.  Bottom line: your right to keep and bear arms will be safe under my leadership in the State Senate.

On matters of education, I am a proponent of banning the teaching of Critical Race Theory (CRT) in our schools, as I see this as a divisive topic that is not conducive to a healthy learning environment.  Additionally, I support true school choice, where tax dollars follow the student.  Parents should have options for where they can send their children in order for them to flourish.  It will be my goal as a State Senator to provide the best possible options for Kentucky’s children to learn and grow in a healthy, positive learning environment.

It’s time to elect a State Senator who will work to limit government, rather than do the bidding of special interests.  A Senator who has a proven track record of fighting for the People at the grassroots level and who will take that experience and tenacity to Frankfort.

Jessica Neal was working for you long before she chose to run for office and needed votes!

  • medical freedom rallies,

  • Election Integrity research committees, and

  • heavily involved at the grassroots level

  • advocating for children suffering from masks and virutal "learning"

Which of the 3 candidates in this race will be visible and vocal for medical freedom, Medical Privacy, and election integrity if they get to Frankfort?

Both of Jessica's opponents have stated they support the right of an employer to require a vaccine for their employees.

Being required to apply for a religious, or any other type of exemption, is an invasion of medical privacy.
