  • Judicial Watch LawsuitKentucky was then one of only three states in which the statewide active registration rate was greater than 100% of the age-eligible citizen population.

 

  • Kenton County Clerk admits that overinflated voter rolls and mail in ballots cause fraud.

 

  • FACT: Kenton County has 129,495 eligible voters, but 141,663 registered voters.

    •  109% of Kenton's population is registered to vote.

  • Kenton County Clerk used 1.2 million tax dollars for new voting machines while admitting there was concern regarding these machines.
