Kentuckians will have the chance to stop activist state judges from protecting rights to or funding for abortion.

 

WHAT WILL BE ON THE BALLOT?

The ballot question for Constitutional Amendment 2 will read:

​

Are you in favor of amending the Constitution of Kentucky by creating a new section of the Constitution to be numbered Section 26A to state as follows: To protect human life, nothing in this Constitution shall be construed to secure or protect a right to abortion or require the funding of abortion?

 

1.

An option to choose YES on Constitutional Amendment #2, and protect the sanctity of life and our unborn.

2.

An option to choose NO on Constitutional Amendment #2, and take away the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness from children in the womb.
